Also featured will be ATTO's Thunderbolt™-enabled Desklink devices, as well as the FastFrame™ 10GbE Network Interface Card (NIC).

In addition to showcasing the industry's broadest portfolio of connectivity products in their booth, ATTO will be presenting their EMC solutions in the EMC Select Theatre, booth #1237, on Wednesday, May 23 at 3 p.m. PDT. They will also be speaking about their EMC Isilon-qualified FastFrame solution in the Isilon booth, #120, on Tuesday, May 22 at 4 p.m. PDT.

"EMC World is a great opportunity to demonstrate our unparalleled workstation and server performance, as ATTO is the only provider of connectivity solutions between them and enterprise-class storage for data-intensive environments," said Wayne Arvidson, vice president of marketing at ATTO Technology, Inc. "ATTO allows professionals taking advantage of big data using the most demanding applications direct access to EMC's industry-leading storage adding enterprise features and reliability to their workflow."

Available through the EMC® Select Program, ATTO's Celerity HBAs include single-, dual- and quad-channel configurations incorporating leading-edge technologies, robust drivers and proven interoperability to provide users with reliable Fibre Channel connectivity. Featuring ATTO's proprietary MultiPath Director™ technology, Celerity HBAs provide multiple redundant paths to EMC storage for high-availability access to data. In addition, MultiPath Director offers uninterrupted access to storage and enables collaborative workflows by keeping data available in real time for multiple users with automatic path failover and load balancing capabilities.

ATTO will also showcase its EMC Select Xtend SAN iSCSI Initiator, the first and most widely-distributed standalone initiator that allows users to attach and load balance storage connected via an Ethernet-based network. With Xtend SAN, users can access iSCSI storage from multiple servers and simplify storage management while leveraging existing IT expertise. The combination of Xtend SAN and EMC storage systems provides added value for customers with limited budgets and resources.

"We look forward to educating EMC World attendees how ATTO enables users to effectively use high-performance applications including digital audio and video, HPC, oil and gas, medical imaging and telecommunications in conjunction with EMC's enterprise-class storage," added Arvidson.
