- If the RAID driver is not loading you will receive this error.
- Verify the RAID driver is loading

Drives will not initialize

- Make sure the host adapter has the latest firmware. While Atto's compatibility list is extensive, we are constantly resolving issues to expand compatibility.
- Check the termination on the ExpressPCI bus. If these are incorrect, drives will not mount.
- Check the cables.
- If you have previously striped your drives in Apple Disk Utility there may be information left on the drives preventing you from being able to initialize them.
- Try erasing one drive at a time using Apple Disk utility.
- If you are successful, close A.D.U. and try to reinitialize them in ExpressPowerCenter

You cannot open the application Express Power Center because it may be damaged or incomplete

- There have been several reports of a problem showing up after updating ExpressPowerCenter in OS-X. The download and update appears to run to completion with no indication of a problem. However, when you attempt to open ExpressPowerCenter, you get the following error message:
“You can not open the application ExpressPowerCenter because it may be damaged or incomplete.”
If you try to uninstall ExpressPowerCenter and reinstall it, the uninstaller may show 2 messages:
“Unable to remove directory: /Applications/ExpressPowerCenter/ExpressPowerCenter.app/contents”
“Unable to remove directory: /Applications/ExpressPowerCenter/ExpressPowerCenter.app”
This indicates parts of ExpressPowerCenter were still in use while you ran the uninstaller, and were not uninstalled. These directories contain scraps of the old version and will corrupt the new version.
To fix this, log in as root (or switch to su) and manually delete the:
/Applications/ExpressPowerCenter directory. Then install ExpressPowerCenter update.
