Membership Levels

• Partner Tested - This partnership is ideal for emerging technology companies. Partner Tested members will be offered evaluation units and a test toolkit to conduct interoperability testing. Upon successful completion of testing and approval, a resource kit will be provided for you to execute a combination of marketing strategies.
• Qualified Partners - This membership level is for partners who have achieved market leadership in their product category. Joint initiatives for Qualified Partners include interoperability testing, a variety of marketing activities, as well as technical support.
• Developers - Companies that demonstrate significant industry leadership across multiple vertical markets or are identified by ATTO, are eligible for developer status. ATTO will work with Developers to create interoperability plans involving engineering support & customization of products as well as collaboration on specific marketing opportunities.

Interoperability testing is a core element of Access™. Test kits have been created specifically for Partner Tested members to conduct testing at their facility. When developing solutions around ATTO products, test plans with Developers and Qualified Partners will be a collaborative effort. In all cases, ATTO will review and approve results for inclusion in our interoperability matrix. This matrix provides ATTO and Access members the ability to gain product visibility by showcasing fully tested solutions to end-users and solution providers.

ATTO offers a variety of support features. In the rare event you need to speak with one of our technical support specialists, we offer technical phone and email support. For Qualified and Developer Partners who we are creating solutions with, a customer engineer will be assigned to you on a per project basis. In addition to our live customer service, technical support tools are made available electronically in the ATTO Resource Center. Here, you will find training tools including PowerPoint presentations, installation webinars, and technical videos as well as free downloads for ATTO's current drivers, firmware, and utilities. We also have a public access section on our website for online troubleshooting tips and FAQ's. At ATTO, we pride ourselves on industry recognized customer service and as a member of the Access program you can expect to receive the same.

In addition to evaluation units, Access™ members are eligible to purchase ATTO products at a significant program discount. We recognize the importance of our partners having on-going access to ATTO products for continued testing and development, as well as showroom and trade show demonstrations.

Access™ members may choose from an extensive menu of marketing options that have been developed to increase awareness of your ATTO compatible solution. Electronic resource kits are provided to all Access members. Additionally, we will collaborate with Developer and Qualified Partners to deploy joint marketing strategies. A combination of electronic, web-based and print marketing options include: logo use, recognition in our quarterly newsletter, joint solution guides, a place in the online ATTO interoperability matrix, and much more.
